Submit a Warranty Claim or Request Service

To initiate your warranty claim, please complete the form below. While we strive to respond to all claims and inquiries as quickly as possible, please allow up to five business days for us to process your information and provide you with the best solution.

Important Information

  • Provide as much detail as possible to expedite your service or warranty request.
  • All fields must be completed to file your warranty/service claim.
  • Photos of the issue are required for documentation. Please attach images to the form below, or email them to Service@ArizonaPatioFurniture.com. Include pictures of the area of concern and the entire product, and don’t forget to include your name, phone number, and a reference to the warranty or service claim in your email.
